Training that changes behaviour onboard
Onboard and onshore programmes led by Master Mariners, backed by structured e-learning on learn.navium.in.
Most findings trace back to people rather than equipment. SIRE 2.0 now assesses how crews perform, so a certificate on the bulkhead no longer proves competence. Training has to change what happens on the bridge, in the engine room and at the manifold.

Who it's for
Questions we get asked
Can training take place onboard during a voyage?
Yes. Onboard training is often the most effective, because the crew learns on their own equipment and procedures. Our trainer joins at one port and leaves at the next.
What is learn.navium.in?
Navium's e-learning platform. It hosts structured courses that crews can take onboard or ashore, alongside our instructor-led programmes.
Can courses follow our own SMS?
Yes. We build each programme around your procedures and the findings from your recent audits and inspections.
