How far ahead of a SIRE 2.0 inspection should we book a mock?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal. It leaves time to close findings and coach the crew before the real inspection. We also attend at short notice when the date is already close.
Can you revise our existing SMS instead of rewriting it?
Yes. Most clients want a gap analysis and targeted revisions, not a new manual. We mark up your current documents and explain every change.
Do you prepare gas carriers for CDI inspections?
Yes. CDI preparation follows the same approach as SIRE 2.0: a full mock inspection, crew coaching and a close-out plan.
Can any of this be done remotely?
Document reviews, procedure work and close-out support work well remotely. A mock vetting inspection gives the most value onboard, because the crew interviews and walk-around are what SIRE 2.0 tests.
